Vectron’s VX-501 and TX-702

Vectron_VX-501Voltage Controlled Crystal OscillatorsVX-501

The new VX-501 dual VCXO (available at Gleichmann Sunrise) has two independent, selectable output frequencies from 20 to 700 MHz and the tightest phase noise available of any miniature 9 x 14 mm VCXO on the market today.

As complete solution, this product allows to manufacture the board with one common bill-of-material for all frequency bands, reducing the overall design complexity.

It enables the customer to design a base station for different frequency bands and select the frequency by software. In emerging wireless applications, sampling rates are increasing for wider bandwidths; therefore a clean reference clock with good phase noise is highly required.

The output signal is LVPECL and the supply voltage ranges at 3.3 Volts. Typical phase noise is specified with -90 dBc/Hz at 100 Hz.

Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillators TX-702

Vectron_TX_702Vectron's TX-702 high frequency TCXO operates at the highest frequencies available in a 5 x 7 mm package, up to 800 MHz with a stability of +/-280 ppb from -40 to 85 degrees Celsius. The supply voltage ranges at 3.3 Volts.

The TX-702 meets Stratum 3 requirements for stability in wire line applications (GR-1244). Furthermore it features low jitter, 0.56 ps RMS (12 kHz to 20 MHz) at 622.08 MHz.

The device provides the output signals LVPECL and LVDS.
